Not if you do it just a few times but if you keep doing it eventually they'll become stronger and even more in some areas.I personally recommend waxing or halaua(it actually reduces the hair up to 35%)

Shavers and clippers thake heart, in your quest for tonsorial perfection, you are not creating a larger problem for yourself through your efforts. Cutting, shaving etc. does not stimulate new growth. (If it did those going bald would be shaving afflicted areas to encourage regrowth of what they are losing.) This result probably stems from the perception that short hair seems to be tougher than long hair. Another reason for the belief resides with the naturally finer ends of uncut hair. That could lead the less than careful to conclude that the whole of the hair's shaft became thicker as a result of being cut (which it didn't) rather than to realize that shaving or cutting results in a blunt termination, whereas natural outgrowth concludes in a tapering.

I do not shave my legs , but I can say from experience that shaving your face makes it come in heavier. Go get them waxed it will really save you a lot of time . It gets the Roots out as I am sure you know. I have always heard that it is true that it does work that way , but what are you going to do , have to shave them. TC messtograves

In some cases yes. But with other people, it takes a while for it to grow back. And some people have to shave everyday. It deoends on your genes. Or maybe the type of razor you use.

no its an illusion. all hairs are thicker at the root so when they grow again they appear thicker than before because they are closer to the root. once they reach the same lenght as before it is normal
