about 3 years ago i saw a dark shadow in front of me at work....i froze and time seemed to stop for awhile until someone called my name, ever since i have been searching to see what it is but i haven't found anything...and today like 5 minutes ago i saw it again...it just apeared and disappeared ina matter of seconds, are my eyes playing with me or am i actually seeing something?

I thought it would be because of not sleeping but i sleep well and rarely wake up at night.....when i have seen the shadow it gets cold, i get shivers and since i have seen it my eyes havent stopped hurting....

Some of us have the ability to see and know things others can't,and at time other spirits *not GHOST* let their present be known to us.We are not all ways sure why but they do...One thing you should know is that we have dark and light spirits all around us at all the time,this my just be your eyes playing tricks on you but I am a Christan and know the way thing work.So if want a true answer Pray about it, or keep your mind open so your inner spirit can can SEE what the shadow is showing you.Just be very aware of what its telling you because Dark Shadows and all that go with it may not be GOOD.The next time it happens smell the air notice if the room seems to get warmer or cooler..... do the lights get dim or brighten.... keep in touch. Everyone has the ability to see, few have the ability to recognize what they see and even fewer still realize that they have seen. When it is time for you to know what it is you have seen, the shadow will step into the light and you will know what it all means.
If you are a Christian and know Jesus and believe and attempt to live a sinfree life then you have nothing to fear from the revelation.

It could be your eyes playing tricks on you.were there any similarity's in both times you saw the shadow,physically?
did you see it at the same place?
I would talk to a doctor to see if there are any medical explanations for this,just in case somethings wrong.

Your not seeing things, but a lot of people don't admit that these things exist. My daughter sees Shadow people a lot too. She's five now, but when she was little she would scream until she went to sleep. Now that she can tell us in detail what she sees, it helps. And I believe her.

you probably are seeing something but don't think on it too much if you get this image stuck in your head you will see it every where and you will drive your self crazy.Its like when you watch a movie with monsters under the bed and for a long time after its over you have to check under your bed before you can go to sleep.things that startle us tend to leave imprints in our minds and you actually see it over and over so just tell your self its nothing and try not to think about it.

These are beings from another dimension. Sometimes the portals open briefly and this is what you see. Quite natural, really.

have some sleep, if it was at work you could have exhausted yourself and this only happened as a result.
