I dont have a problem with her being a lesbian at all, to me that is not my business. But I still want us to be friends without making her feel like bad. The hints that she is dropping to me is wanting to know if I would like to join her in a 3sum with her and her gf. I am scared that I will hurt her feeling and we wouldnt be friends anymore.

I haven't led her on. Like she will go out to clubs I guess to talk to other women and I don't go with her. I never even told her that I was interested in a woman. She knows that I am engaged right now. The only time that we really hang out is to study with each other.

Its so simple just tell her that you want to stay her friend and do not think that because you don't want to take part in a sex act of her preference that you would still like to remain her friend . But remember its a 2 way thing she has to recognize that your sexual preference is different and friendships have to not be based on sexual preference but on mutual liking of each others characters etc.

Easy. Stop calling her your "Friend" and hanging out with her,as you are leading her on. Start saying things like Wow! That guy sure has a cute butt. What I wouldn't do for a piece of him!I Tom Cruise is just sooo cute. He just has the most engaging grin.I think that guy just winked at me,HmmmI wonder if he has a girlfriend? She needs to accept you are not a Lesbian and stop trying to turn ya into one. I am sure you can find other friends to hang out with who are straight. You need to think about yourself here. She is hurting you with her suggestions, but she doesn't seem to care does she?

HONESTY...If you tell her how you honestly feel she should understand. If not, then maybe you're better off. In my experience it has helped a lot to be honest. I've lost friends because of this...they didn't want to be "just friends" and I also have really close friends because I told them how it was and now there aren't akward feelings and we can talk about anything and everything. Hope this helps and good luck!

i think u shud just set the record straight, thing is your friend might think that u also hiding(like you in the closet like she was) or just plain experimenting. But as u say u not comfortable playing along then you shoudn't... i mean if she's u'r friend then u gonna tell her straight out unless of cos u've misled her in the past. U shud tel her what you think this would do to your friendship

just say nicely n tell her "No"
say what you think
n the most important thing is, just tell her honestly that u didnt mind to have lesbian friends like her ,. but to be involved in her sexual life: u're not interested. n tell her nicely too that u doesnt want the relationship between u n her as friend not being interupted by this thing.
i bet, honesty will lead to understanding..
i think she'll understand if you saying nicely, in proper way
good luck

be blunt and honest...always the best
tell her that you have no problem with her lifestyle and it does not change your friendship that she is a lesbian....BUT you are not interested in being one and if she continues to try to push her lifestyle on you the friendship will end.
tell her you like her as a person and it would make you sad to end the friendship, but if she does not stop trying to force her lifestyle on you that you will not be able to be her friend anymore.
Let her know point blank you are not interested in anything outside of being friends
be cool...

If you are sure that you are not misreading the signals, then the next time one comes up, dismiss it, and she should understand.
