I think most people born into the english language as their primary language don't learn everything there is to know about it. If you're asking about how long it will take you to become fluent in speaking, reading and writing english, that depends mostly on your efforts and strategy. The more you work on it the faster it comes. Speak only english, write words you don't know down, and look them up, read books, and I would say in a couple of months you'd be at least comfortably fluent. But by your question, you seem pretty close.

It would take more than a lifetime to learn 'everything' about English!
What you probably want to know is how long does it take to get proficient in reading, writing and speaking the language. It depends on your age, what language is spoken at home/your neighborhood, the level of aptitude you have for learning a language, the type of school you attend and the medium of instruction there, what kind of English teacher you have and the effort you put in to improve your language skills. It is a complicated process and no definite answer could be given to your question.

pretty much all of your life--it is not the easiest language to learn grammatically. if you are a quick learner, I am sure you will be fluent in the language within 5 years, maybe more.
