Do you mean it goes off completely or it just flashes a black/blank screen?? Mine does that sometimes but the max time its black is about 1 second.

Check ur firewall settings Go to start, click control panel, click on firewall icon disable the forewall, log on again, if all is ok then you need to reset ur firewall steeings
