We say it everyday...Lately it's mostly by email as my hubby is in Afghanistan. However; we both express our love through email usually several times per day. When he is home we are constantly telling each other how we feel. It's awesome, I know he loves me and he knows the same about me, but we both feel better expressing it....our love bubbles over for each other.

There is no such thing as "never having said it enough!" For some, hearing those words gives security and peace of mind, that their partner in life really cares for the other, most especially when it comes from the heart.
I know of one individual where he's constantly conveying his love for his wife several times a day while at work. They say it as he's being dropped off at work, they say it whenever ending a phone call, and sometimes... he just calls her at random to let her know that he loves her and is thinking of her. And after being married for 30 something years, it seems to really keep their marriage alive and well.
Sometimes, we as married couples may turn a deaf ear when something is spoken, but when those words "I Love You" are expressed, it's amazing how you're not deaf when it's addressed to you.

Every time we speak on the phone(3-4 times a day)when one of us leaves the house, (we work opposite shifts so 1-2 x a day. We leave notes when the other is asleep & we say good bye with I Love You with xxx & ooo's. You never know when it may be the last time you ever see them or hear them say it. They could be in a wreck. Or you. What would you want your wife to remember as your last words the last time she saw you to be? Never assume you will come home alive. Or that she knows how much you love her. Show her, tell her ......

You and your spouse are right on the money. You can never assume a person knows you love them being enough; we know that we are loved because of the actions of the other however nothing can compare to hearing those 3 words as often as possible. Hearing I love you can change a frown into a smile instantly; it can dhange the way your day goes; those words are truly powerful. Keep up the good work, for loving someone is our biggest challenge in life.

Several times a day. Every time one of us leaves the house or ends a phone call. We show each other in lots of ways, but we still say it. Years ago, if we were having an argument we wouldn't always say it when we said goodbye. Then his cousin's husband was killed one morning on his way back from getting milk at the store. We realized then how we would feel if we didn't say it and one of us didn't make it home. We have said several times daily since and always before we leave the house.

We say before he leaves for work in the mornings then when we talk on the phone several times a day and at night before we go to bed.
We both know how we feel but I think that it is better to go ahead and tell him everytime we talk, Cause you never know when something is going to happen.

My wife and I say it to one another about 100 times a day. We get sarcastic with it even like "You don't love me anymore" or "I don't feel wuved" and then the other will stop what we're doing and give each other some lovies. We have a lot of sex. It's awesome.

We say it a couple of times a day. In the moring, in the middle of the day, at night, for no reason at all. Just to let each other know that we love one another. Its nice to hear even though you know they do.
