sounds like constipation, you may need more roughage, fresh fruit and veg, mild laxative short term should help too, senna is good

maybe the act of excreting the faeces hurts.
I doubt the faeces have nerve endings inside to send messages of pain back to the CNS.
Anyway, if the act of doing hurts, and it is constipation, you could always try the old push-and-contract method.
It just involves allowing a little out, then contracting the anus to chop off the faeces before more comes out to stretch you sore bottom any more and repeating until all is out.
I would change you diet also though.

u have to increase your fibre intake such as wholemeal bread allbran linseeds etc but when u increase ur fibre you also have to increase your water intake to soften the faeces and make the passage less painful

Your question says that your sh*t is in pain. What are you trying to say? That your *** hurts when you sh*t? If that's the case then eat more fibre or take Metamucil
