It would be determined by your outside environment (your room temperature) and also your state of health. For example, some women experience night sweats during premenopause. So they may keep the bedroom cool, knowing that they will get hot during the night etc.

why would someone feel cold or warm anyways?
i guess
u still can hear feel breath and everything
coz sleeping is like walking eating running sitting ...etc a normal thing that u do
