I am 20 years old and this is my first potentional relationship so I am a bit clueless on what to do. We have had one date and we did make out. I wasnt uncomfortable so I didnt stop him. We just got along great so it felt right. Well this was Thursday. We do work together (no comments about that) but in different departments. He always comes over to talk to me when he has a chance but we havent hung out since Thursday. He said he might call last night but he was tired so might sleep. Is it okay for me to call him or should I wait this time? I am shy and so is he and I dont think the past couple days hes been getting the idea I like him. I just dont want to come off as too clingy or w/e.
he is only shy around me.
i think its just the awkwardness after bc he doesnt know how I feel and vice versa. He doesnt avoid me so I dont get negative signs.

If he's only shy around you, then he likes you (which may be freaking him out). It's okay to call him if he didn't call you, but don't go too far, too fast or you could scare him off.
Regarding the work thing, make a point only to talk to each other during breaks, lunch, etc. You don't want it to interfere with your job (or give the impression it is interfering with your job).

shoot girl you both are shy the more distant you draw the more u let him think of crazy ideas oh no girl u gotta hold your man by the chain why am i talking like a chica im a dude too what the heck anyway going quite doesnt accomplish anything hes probrably thinking that kiss was weird heck even crazy and then... i hope she like it. dont worry girl call him ask him how he is doing and then get him to talk about it this is only after you two talk about something else dont draw him into too fast not good but grab some food first you two to set the mood right

Well the best way for any body to get the message is to let it be known. If both of you are shy and you really like this person then take a deep breath and do something! Let him know yu like him in sublte ways. Let him know you enjoyed the night out and wouldn't mind another one. See, if you can take lunch together and talk? He probably feel like you don't really llike him. If you want him you got to go get him?

Girl there is nothing wrong with calling him at all or next time you see him ask him if he want to go do something make something up! Most men love a woman who is self confident dont be shy girl go all out have fun with it either way and do you best to keep him guessing!!

I agree with you. I think it should be alright to call him.If you both said you like each other then why not. now adays its okay to do the calling. He is proably shy around you because he likes you and doesnt know how to go about approcing you again.good luck
