Drink alot of water and have a high fiber diet.And if this does not work take a stool softener like Colace or Surfak.

You may want to start drinking alot of water or eat alot of fruits or buy some stool soft med.

Try taking acidophilus. It is one of the friendly bacterial found in your intestines. It will soften your stool. We used to take it during our army exercise to fight constipation.

You are either short of fibre or dehydrated, or both. Eat plenty of fruit and veg, and drink lots of plain water between meals. It really works.
