around when did eveybody get there first ultrasound and hear the heart beat?

i was about 7or 8 weeks when I heard the heartbeat in the office. Then I had an US at 6wks & 20 wks with the first kid and the first US at 21 weeks with the second one.

I had my first scan at 14 weeks-thats when doctor can tell u if you are actully pregnant and check if its a single baby/multiple and if the pregnancy was intrautrine or otherwise ( So they know if its a normal pregnancy or you need extra care)
heard the baby's heart beats at 16weeks
second at 21 weeks when baby was measured and checked for any abnormalities

i heard my babies heartbeat at the first visit, they did an ultrasound that day, too, but you couldnt tell what anything was, then they waited until about 20 weeks for the ultrasound to see whether it was a boy or girl. but all doctors are different.

I was with my midwife on 28 February at that stage i was just over 13 weeks and we heard heart beat loud and clear. I am waiting to be called for ultra sound. Hope this helps. Congrats and good luck.

20 week. I see no need to do any sooner than that because of the babies measurements plus it's around the best time to see the sex of the baby.
Unless you have a high risk pregnancy i don't know why anyone would want it too early.

6 weeks, i have a history with pre term birth so i got to hear it right away, i wasnt sure they would be able to, but we sure did. i have had plenty of ultrasounds since, i am 23 weeks now, they never get old! :)

ay my clinic i s got my first scan at 12weeks then heard the babys heart beat at 16weeks but am due up in the hospital at 19weeks for a scan

i went at 18 weeks and got the full show, but they made me come back 2 weeks later for more measurements cause it was too early

I heard the heartbeat at week 12 :)
