That history will always repeat itself, no matter what. IE, Pompeii-Hurricane Katrina. Neither were expected, both were catastrophic.

Also, Man is a brutal, bloodthirsty, greedy, selfish, self-centered being.
And that people sould not follow anything blindly, whether it's a political or religious leader, a book, a...whatever, do your own thinking.

That my wife had pneumonia.
I read a book about Richard III. It said that More's history said that Edward IV in his last illness had to lie on one side because of the pain on the other, and the book concluded that he probably had pheumonia.
Shortly afterwards, my wife complained of a pain in her side, and I said, 'See a doctor - I think you've got pneumonia.' I was right.

After learning the dropping of 2 massive bombs on Japan killing innocent civilians instead of soldiers....humans can be cruel. But evil always come out on top.

it seems that with every president or political figure there is something or someone in their past that makes then choose their decisions today why cant they make their own choices and use their own minds instead of relying on the past

To finish school, and go for a higher education.
