For my baby, it is "Lost Without You" by Robin Thicke. She loves the video, too. I think it is the black and white and the dancing on the bed. I apologize in advance to the world for raising a YouTube junkie. Her own videos are her favorites, though. And other babies' too of course.

I had a nephew who loved the video for the song 'Mockingbird' by Eminem, but when he was younger around 2-5 months he loved the "you are my sunshine' song.

Ever since my daughter was born, I've always picked her up and danced around with her every time "Isn't She Lovely" by Stevie Wonder comes on. I don't know if it's her favorite but she recognizes it and gets excited when she hears it.
She also loves anything by Jack Johnson. (for those who don't know, he did the soundtrack to the Curious George movie)

Sleek, my daughter loved anything that I sang to her. I would often hear her trying to sing some of the one's I used. I think her favorite was "you're perfect just the way you are" - a Ricky Skaggs tune I used to sing to her. I liked the words.

my babies love Christmas songs my daughter loves away in the manger and hark the herald, my husband sings the babies kermits the frogs song "i want to visit under the sea" (not sure of correct title) they like that as well but its papa's song, we have also made up our own family song that both children prefer when they are fussy, we call it "mama loves her little baby-
it works for both genders of parents and children.

My baby's favorite song is Itsy Bitsy Spider...her grandfather sings it to her like a hundred times a day (i think it is the only kid song he remembers) and she loves it..she starts laughing at the first "note" that he sings....its quite heartwarming....

"Every Rose Has it's Thorn" by Poison. Yes, it's 80's hair bands for our family! He also likes when I sing "Beautiful Boy" by Lennon. Seriously, I don't really know any lullaby's so this is what my kid ended up with....the price we pay for being children of pop-culture I guess. HA!

My 7yr old sings the Barney song "I love you,you love me were a happy family". And my 11 month old has always loved it when his big brother sings that to him!
