when the man of the house suggests I strip down a little when I am working, which is cool, because the tips is like 10 times what I usually get paid. But only some of my customers offer the extra money. Is it okay to suggest it, or would that be pushy?

no that would be one step above prostitution.
you take off your clothes for money, you should be very proud, strippers have more class.
think for one second about what strings attached could possibly mean.... come on you can not be that slow even if you do strip for married men.
