There is one in Alabama that I believe wrongfully terminated over 20 people in less than a year. I think everyone should get together and file a lawsuit. As far as I can tell it is not the fault of the company but of the mismanagement. Please tell me if you know of a wrongful termination or doctored time sheets from a place that fits the above description.

Old Smok... apparently you are so pathetic that you can not hold a job at all and think that others are as pathetic as you are. I get to spend my day on the internet because I own my own home, and my own business and can spend my days any way I choose. I have never had to work at Home Depot and never will. It was a young friend of my son and a cousin of my spouse and several others that were WRONGFULLY terminated. Being the owner of my own business I know that you have to have a reason to terminate or you can be sued. Two of those people never missed a day of work and had been given raises a month earlier, they just wanted the spaces opened to hire friends of the ASSistant manager. A lawyer has spoken to them about bringing a case against the company. I only thought that there may be others that would like to get their jobs back along with back pay for all the time they have been out of work. As for you , go get back in your welfare line. I promise you will never amount to much.

I'm assuming this would be Lowe's or The Home Depot. If your store was sponsoring Jimmie Johnson, go ahead, file a lawsuit. But, if it was Tony Stewart, give it up. You don't have a chance. The serious answer here is that they have the right to fire whoever they want. Odds are, those 20 people weren't doing their job, or maybe they had cutbacks.

I take it that you are one of the twenty. Give it up. Employers have every right to fire those who are marginal performers. And what the hell does Nascar have to do with anything? Christ, it's no wonder you got canned.
