Hod do I add a picture link into myspace?

I was trying to add a picture link into my space and I just don't know how to do it, could you tell me how to do it.
Am a bit slow so if you can tell me like you would explain to a 4 years old.

copy and paste the url link click on the picture from the website then when you have the picture in full screen copy and paste the weblink from the top of that to your myspace
