If you are going to speak in English, I'd advise against it until you work hard to improve your English first. Your English is extremely poor.
After you've improved your English, read a book on public speaking such as How to Develop Self Confidence and Influence People by Public Speaking by Dale Carnegie.
By the way, your question, in proper English, should have been:
"I do not speak well in seminars in front of large groups of people. Please help me"

This is true of many people including me. But I overcame. Do you get worried while preparing answers to questions on your school subject at home? Nope. But you will be under stress and tension while writing same answer in examination hall. The reason is the feeling in you that this answer would be evaluated by somebody more knowledgeable and you might lose marks. Similar is the situation in addressing gatherings. You would be nervous of the feeling that your words would be under scrutiny. So the simple answer is think and believe that the gathering knows less than what you know. And if you prepare well on the subject you would know more than the gathering. Then it becomes easy to believe that you know better and the listeners are fools and stupids! Try, this will work. It worked in my case.

It's simple: do a rehearsal while simulating the stress of the situation by some other means - pinch yourself while rehearsing, or lift a heavy weight or have your friend pinch you or slap you while you speak.
(Or practice it in front of the Lion cell in the zoo...)
This way the actual event would seem a cake walk... :-)

Imagine that you're talking to a large group of your friends. Talk as though nothing else matters except what you'll say to them. You'll be much easier.
