From the basic information provided about this Laptop by Dell at its website, it seems that there is no built in Wi-Fi Hardware ( Mini Pci Card ) in this Laptop. But generally the availability of this Hardware this depends on the demand. If you insist that you want a Laptop configured with this kind of Hardware then they will surely do it. But if you already bought it as it is seen on the Dell website then it probably does not have this Wi-Fi Hardware. You will probably need to get a Wireless Card. Check this out below.

Everyone is saying yes and no. Wireless might have been an option for you during your dell laptop purchase. One way to find out is if you go to device manager and see if you have "dell wireless Wlan-Mini-Card" That will determine is if you indeed have a wireless card in your system.

On your desktop right click on "my computer" and choose "properties"

Select the "Hardware" tab and click on "device manager"

Find "Network Adaptors" and see if some type of "dell Wireless Wlan Minicard" description shows. If you see one, then you do have wireless.
