Sallys hair & beauty is a supplier of many company products.
Or 'Star Nails' ..direct. But personally, I dont think their acrylic is good for beginners...its sets too quickly therefore is difficult for beginners to control.
But ebay is the cheapest option really. But cheap products with a good name are a must.
I suggest u look for 'EZ Flow acrylic' (its a good reliable product...beginner friendly) but avoid the EZ flow brushes....Or 'Creative' but they only supply to those theyve trained.
A company called 'Alan Roy's' sell their own brand of acrylic called 'steel'. Its great for beginners & one of the most lifting resistant products ive come across. the number is 01959 565616 ask for a brochure or go to their online store.
Message me if u would like to know more.

Sally Beauty Supply (call 1800asksally for the nearest location) has several drills and all the bits. I recommend the Nail Genie it is really durable and has a good reputation amongst nail techs. If you are going to buy it from there make sure you ask about their beauty club card-- I think it save you quite a bit of $$$$ (on that item in particular)

It depends what you plan on doing. If you are wanting to start charging for them, its not worth buying the cheap stuff because it goes yellow and tends to lift. If you are just wanting to practise with cheap stuff, buy star nails products, they are cheaper than the good brands. I think you can buy these products at Sallys.
I personally would recommend NSI or Creative products if you are wanting to do it for a living as they look better than cheaper alternatives and you have more chance of repeat custom.

Go to www.dermastore.com and type acrylic nails into the search engine.
There are a number of choices and results for online stores. Naio and Jessica Nails ship for free!
There are also links to tips and training sites!

I have found some good ones at Sally's and even CVS Although your best best is to have your first set put on professionally and fill the on on your own. Good luck!
