I have not went to the doctor but took at home test and they were positive but anyways what are some home remedies for relieving morning sickness. Thanks for the help.

I would agree that saltines work well, ginger (the root) is great, or altoids makes a ginger "mint", ginger tea or 7 up. I find that sprite is too sugary.

You should go to the dr. Make sure you are taking prenatals. You can get those over the counter. They may make you sick, so take them at night.

The old wives tale is plain saltine crackes(1 or 2) and a small glass of water.
My wife used an over the counter drug called "EMETROL".
This seemed to work.

the best thing that i found was dry toast or anything thats not dairy. Although sometimes dry biscuits work too.
i know its no very appealling but at leat if you have something in your stomach then you may feel well enough to eat something alittle more appatising later.

i heard ginger is meant 2 be good for morning sickness also when u wake up eat a dry biscuit

i used to take whole milk earlier but swiched to semi skimmed for the first tremester and it helped.
Dont eat too much or too little
when you feel sick eat something which is very dry like rice cracker or cereals without milk.

the one thing that i found worked when i was pregnant was green apples, i went throught them their was no tomorrow. they work
