I'm probably very naive if I said yes... but then I'd also be lying.

I don't care whether someone changes their mind because of something I said. It's their freedom to take what I say as whatever they like. What I do expect, is that people respect my opinion, as one should in a proper debate, and not break it down... even if it is far fetched. Half the time I'm just taking the piss anyway, or being sarcastic.

I usually answer questions that I can honestly answer and people are requesting help; not questions that are rhetorical and prejudicial. There is no sense in wasting my time typing, as far as I'm concerned.
But, sometimes, someone will ask a stupid question about Bush, or say what a wonderful president he's been...and that just gets my juices boiling and I have to rant! Seriously, I don't even expect to change their minds about the man, but I love to get rid of some anger!
I've gotten a few "Best Answers", and some people have stated that my answers have helped them out, so I don't feel as though I'm typing in vain.

properly, for the main section i'm right here to replace counsel and methods and relax. that's all. yet on occasion i hit upon somebody rather caught in dogma, at which element I DO rather desire to 'substitute' their recommendations. because of the fact i think of that's an undesirable insult to our skills to earnings and reason to no longer use them. So now and back my Q's and A's are designed to make somebody question slightly. no count if that deepens the religion they already have or weakens it, i do no longer care. I purely desire that they provide up being particularly so unquestioning and take slightly extra time to somewhat arrive at their ideals. probable naive of me to think of it could artwork, yet hi. i like to grant it a attempt each now and back. and in line with danger slightly pompous too. regardless of each thing, in the event that they're happy, what's the venture? i think of i ought to might desire to pass away and picture approximately this. yet did you alter my recommendations? uncertain yet! stay long and prosper. .

It's hard work changing other people's minds. I'd rather soldier on with my own prejudices
