I save them up in jars. When I get a bunch, a local store has one of those machines you can pour change into to get cash. I've come out with $20 before just cashing in my pennies, LOL.

I save most things under 50p in a jar and then when we have filled it twice we coinstar it at Sainsburys and buy something nice. Well we used to until we became very poor now it pays for a pair of shoes or shopping.

I save pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters, wrap them and then once a year I take them to the bank and put them into the savings account....last year $87.75

Get rid of them. Its an obsession with me. I also need quarters for laundry, so I'm like a savant about getting quarters back in change. Its amazing how quickly I can do the math...
