Well first of all Why dont you just take it to a tailor. Anyway you have to see how baggy you want it first measure it by crinkling it up to how thick you want it, hold you fingers on the tip of the cloth and measure it making your way to the right or left . you make two leg peices and then attach it to one top peice above your thighs.Measure your but, thigh and wait and heaight. Cut the upper peice in a rectangle and the bottom peice in triangles for your legs. Then sow it all together just just make a plan for yourself on a paper with measurments and stuff its easier that way. Stilll its easier to give it to a tailor.
