Don't you think there should be a full three lane motorway between Edinburgh and Glasgow ?

It should have been built in the 1970s. Now a three lane motorway will have little affect on congestion at either end. Years of a general lack of investment in the whole trunk road network are now taking their toll and all the government can think of is to take more tax from the long suffering motorist.
