What exactly do you mean?
If you want to say your browser won't display your email page, let say mail.yahoo.com, while you can display other sites with your browser, you may be infected by some sort of virus. RUN A VIRUS SCAN with your favorite anti-virus software.
You can also reinstall your browser. Or maybe some parts of your pc are misconfigured.
If this is not what you intend to say, don't blame. Ask a valid question instead.

If you mean your email browser like Outlook Express
Start/Control Panel/Add remove Programs
Windows components.
Look for IE/Outlook express.
unistall/repair option.
Again if uninstalled reinstall IE OE
