both will work on the lower one 333mhz

if they are not the same type of ram then you will have some problem it will not work i use 2 old computers and move the ram from one to the other the ram card have to be the same as for size no worry there you can have 1 that is 512 mbr and the other can be 128 mbr but the ram cards have to be of the same type

the higher ram will step down to what ever the system board can handle . or to the lowest of the two rams

I am thinking your computer will only boot up to your BIOS and you'll get a error message...must go with the memory that your motherboard uses!
