Yes but they don't recommend taking iron on pills such as Seasonale when you have your period only 4 times a year. Without the monthly blood loss you may get more iron than your body needs which can lead to problems.

Yes. Why wouldn't you? It's a good idea to take vitamins when on the pill, because the hormone dose effectively 'tricks' your body into thinking it's pregnant (won't bore you with the detail) and can leave you deficient in vitamin B6.
