That question is entirely dependent upon the age difference involved. 10 may mean a lot if you are in your 20's, and he is in his teens, however if you are in your 50's, and he is in his 40's...then it doesn't mean as much.
Once you get over the age of 18, there are no rules about age...you just have to follow your own instincts, and hope for the best. Life has no guarantees.

Just to remind you that 'liking' and 'loving' are different. I suggest you find out what is really the nature of your relationship with this guy. When you have found out that it is a genuine love, then I guess there is no problem marrying him. Age does not matter in marriage - as long as the right criteria of marrying each other is there, go ahead. I suppose your previous marriage was properly annuled.
