I'm leaving today and staying until next Friday. Is it going to be sunny. Do I have to worry about getting burnt if I'm fairly light skinned?

Its going to be in the 80's n a cold front is going to head over this way causing the temperatures to go down to the 70's. Then later warm up again next week. Its only gonna be cool (for a floridian) for like 3 days (including nights). You always need to protect your skin here in Florida. Sun is always strong.
