they're called "one uppers" and they are a royal pain. It always reminds me that thinning the herd can be a good thing.

No I haven'nt met any person yet who knew everything. I perhaps will be able to meet that guy in the Mental Hospital.

People claim that they know everybody, but it is hardly possible. A person might have superficial knowledge, but never in depth knowledge.
Take my example, I have a degree in engineering, law and humanities !!
