im going on holiday in july and so far have done weight watchers i work out 4 times a wk and eat right were am i going wrong?

You're not going wrong. It's not about losing weight, it's about changing your body shape. When you start excercising you will not lose weight because you are gaining muscle which is six times heavier than fat. You will notice the weight start fall off in about 5 or 6 weeks so dont overdo the diet. Once your muscle mass has increased you will speed up your metabolism. Muscle requires more energy just to maintain itself in it's present state without even building more muscle so you will burn the food you eat faster and hence your body will start to dip into your fat reserves. Don't worry July is plenty long away. I did the same as you without even dieting and lost 2 stone in 4 months. Lookin gooood

You asked so I feel compelled to tell you the most inexpensive way to quickest lose wight.
Just drink water, sip coffee & exercise.
It is definetly not the healthiest or the safest but you get results.
Don't worry after a few days or more the hunger pangs go.....!
Oh didn't I mention you have to be at least 33+ for this to work!-smile-

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

What ur doing is absolutely correct , but u might wanna consider a bit more exercise , unless u cannot!! . a good thing u can do is to try to exercise daily even if it was a shorter while that the days u usually exercise on !!.
and for the foot thing , watchin what u eat is vry good , but also a good thing is WHEN u eat it , eat in the times of the day that ur body burns , that means at the times when ur body is hyper, just dont eat at times such as befor goin to bed , or befor a nap , or when u r relaxin a home .
i hope that was good enough , i know im no expert , but i do have a lotta knowledge in weight things .

If you lose weight that slowly (about 2 lbs a week) you are more likely to keep it off.

Have less simple carbs (sugar), more complex carbs, and have a little protein with each meal.

Add calcium and chromium to the diet. Drink plenty of water.

Look into CLA supplements. I have had good luck with it.

Get your BMR rate done by a dietician NOT through weightwatchers etc, your workout routine hopefully consists of high reps with 30 sec intervals, your diet consists of small meals 4-6 times a day & your calory output is more than your calorie intake.

make it a point to use the steps whenever possible use the bathroom on a different floor at work take the stairs at the bus station the airport or the mall
