Well, they are both identical. So the question is a mute point. Session cookies are just a state in how long the cookie remains active. So the question you should be asking yourself is how long do you want the cookie to be active? Most site set them for years. If security is really top of the list 10 to 15 minutes is good. then depending on the content of the site you could make them last for a hour or more.
