A few tips for interviews:
- Never be negative about past experiences
- When they ask for something negative about you, turn it around and try to make it positive (like: I am a perfectionist, and sometimes I spend that little too much extra time to get it right, but no detail gets lost on me)
- Be enthousiastic about the company and the job, I think this is one of the most important things interviewers are looking for / sensitive to
- Do some research into the company (web, newspapers) and make sure to remember some details (other branches, turnover, product lines etc.)
- Always come dressed properly, even if it is not required
And to answer your main question:
- Try to make clear that this really is the job for you, and that you are enthousiastic about the opportunity. If you have more than average experience, then that is something to make clear as well.
Good luck tomorrow!

Hey Tommynos,
There is no absolute right or wrong answer, however it is important to deliver whatever answer you give with fluency and conviction. I think that what we bring to any company as individuals is valuable, and adds to the diversity of the companys' outlook in it's business persuits. It's also key to be a team player, even if you work in isolation. Also important is that your reliable, and don't only work hard, but you work smart. In that even as a junior employee, you would always be looking at ways to make the business that your a part of, better. Finally, that you are adaptable, and a quick learner, as training is a costly excersise, and the more quickly you can learn effectively, the more cost effective it is for your business.
And a basic knowledge of the company you are going to work for is never unhelpful, as it shows interest, and gives you a distinct advantage over those that just could not be bothered. In essence you'll always get a return on what you invest, so who better to invest in than yourself.
I have one fundamental phylosophy for life: If it's done right, there's every possibility it will be right.
Good luck with your interview, and i hope i never missed your interview window. However even if you don't get this job, it's a learning curve towards the job that is for you.
All the best pal........

ask them to clarify what is meant by "added value". Put it back on them, then they'll tell you more clearly what they mean, hence make it easier to address.

No one on here can answer this because only you know what you can and cannot contribute. This is something you'll inevitably have to answer on your own.
Good luck!
