Bloody hell - what are we paying our taxes for any more? I agree, it's utterly disgraceful. Perhaps we'd get better treatment in Asia! Hope your friend is better now x.

Probably the same - the problem isnt who beat up who - but the response of the 'approriate authorites' What should be going on is a standard response for all cases of that nature - we are all equal before the law. I would take issue with the people who let u down like that. racism is a two way street & needs to be tackled head on every time it becomes apparent
Oh - & i'm Asian

I don't believe the Police laughed down the phone but anyway the only appropriate person to make a complaint to the Police is the pserson who was beaten up.

I think you knowthe answer. If it had been the other way round you and your mates would have been nicked before you knew what was happening. You would have probably been spread across the tabloids today portrayed as evil racist scum.
This country is going to hell in a hand cart and we are all onboard for the ride.
Sorry about your mate. Don't let this go. Make an official complaint.

yes it's a growing problem
the Government, the police & law-makers, need 2 do more.
racism isn't just white on black crime anymore.
racism works with, 4 & against all colours.
ur friend needs 2 make lots of complaints & get the eye-witnesses 2 complain 2.
never give up until u get the answer that u want.
don't fall 4 pacifying compensation as it won't help or do any good.
we need 2 stop this & stop it soon.

I know it is like the tables have turned now white people are a minority now it is just awful when the authorities don't take these things seriously - you should go to the papers and expose these police people.

its scary when there is racist fights.

why were u guys fighting anyway?
the asian guy wouldnt have fought for no reason.
