if you mean less rough, then moisturise skin- ted baker is really good- and then put a liquid foundation on top
works wonders for me

I am a dark girl too. The advantage of being dark is that you don't have to do much as far as skin wise. Use a moisturizing soap and lotion and keep your skin hydrated and your color will really fix itself.

You may go for facial treatment asking them to do BLEACHING and try some whitening creams. It will help your skin to get fairer and prettier. We had such great facial creams in Malaysia.
