Mostly free time or reading time, but I justify it by picking questions that I can learn something from by doing the research. Have found some very interesting topics so I have helped someone else as my own knowledge base expands. ;-)

I've given up going to the bathroom as often as I should.
I know I need to pee, but somehow I'll manage to bounce in my chair and do the "pee dance" for yet another minute until I can answer a question! LOL

You're right. I'm going back to my book. RIGHT NOW! I usually use Yahoo to keep myself from eating. Especially, eating during the nights when I can't sleep.
