Toyota 2000 4 runner power door locks will not lock. They unlock when car is stop or in motion.?

The locks are making clicking noise all the time nonstop hwether I am driving or the car is packed. The doors will not stay lock.

There is a fault causing the power lock relay to activate.
Take it to a dealer.
