What is the best way to travel from hyd to goa and vice-versa? BY train or BUS ?

I need to plan a 2 day trip to goa from HYD along with my friends. I need some input as to how to travel and where to stay.

I think train would be safe and enjoyfull

I was told that there r vey comfortable buses from Hyd to Goa as compared to travel by train which may entail a change.
For good hotels go to the Goa Tourism site which gives all possible info.
