let's make a campaign and study this group of people
try to register them at orphans centre
then sponsor them or look for sponsors
and thus their educational and social career we'll be maintained
that's really a good question!
hopefully we find initiative people out there!

The concern is good. Where there is a will there is a way. Nobody is smoking in the Trains and Railway Stations to a large extent, why because execution of law properly. Firstly begging should be prohibited. We are wasting lot of energy and money, advertisements on AIDs. Perhaps we may be getting foreign funds. Similarly, we corrupt people expect aid from foreign country to show our concern towards fellow citizen. A special programme should be taken up by the government on a large scale by involving Police, Municipality, and Government employee apart from Social Organisations with national spirit. It should be a continuous process irrespective of political affiliations.

Indian government is already running schemes of Free education with free meals, also government is offering free of cost books and bags, and for this cess has been imposed but yet nothing concrete has been achieved also government has framed laws regarding child labour, but again it does not seems working.
For this some job oriented training programs with free education and monthly stipend should be introduced and should be implemented on grass-root level and be monitored carefully.
Also some sponsorships should be done.

To identify and call them in small groups and organise play *** teaching sessions. This can be done in parks or open grounds.Make them aware that they are a part of the society and they can do a lot if they grow up in awareness to themselves and the nation at large.Have these awareness programs and camps on personal hygiene and basic reading and writing. There are a lot of people who are genuinely interested in doing social work you could contact them for help.

A very good thought indeed. I think we should think of making them literate first. You can hold small sessions at your home only. You can call children from your nearby slum area , give them a pencil and a notebook and teach them basics on Saturdays and Sundays. I think if all of us do like this , it would surely matter a lot.
