when faced with a situation that makes you impatient, take in a deep breath.
Tell yourself you will get through.
Think of something that makes you smile.

its all abt disciplining your self. Once you become the master of your senses, you wont have this problem.

One word; STRESS. That unmistakable feeling that we only have limited time and too much to do. However, all that is required is a change in attitude.
1. Realise that no matter how loudly we yell, how much we rant and rave, or tap our foot we are NOT going to be able to do anything about the fact that often, it takes time to get things done. That is a fact of life.
2. Repeat this to yourself (silently) when you are kept waiting. Then slowely count to 10, whilst slowing your breathing down to a more normal level.
3. Pay attention to the way people behave when they are stressed; they often breathe quicker, causing their hearts to beat more rapidly, they go red in the face, and get a sudden burst of energy (from all the adrenalin being released in the body), which often manifests itself in yelling, violence, swearing, etc.
By simply becoming more aware of how our body reacts to stress, we can begin to control how we react to it.

If you feel a freakout coming on, take a deep breathe to calm yourself.

Not sure. I am not impatient unless I am not feeling good or over hungry.
