Opera for one.

Vivaldi & baroque music. I am a big fan of Vivaldi concertos. Quick and light.

After the baroque period Italian music seems to me to be pretty much just opera.

Fat opera singers screeching out chromatic scales that only Italians find 'beautiful'. Only the German, Mozart, could write good Italian opera.
