i have emailed hobbytron.com about my defective airsoft gun for weeks. They have yet to respond. I have been emailing them since 12/28/07. If this has happened to anybody, or anybody has any ideas on how to contact them easier please do let me know. I even used there customer support link to email them.

Insolation233:

My name is Kris Beldin, I do PR for HobbyTron.com, let me first apologize for your poor customer service experience. We were overwhelmed during the holiday season and it took us a few weeks into the year to catch up. Why we haven't replied to your emails, I don't know, but do apologize. Additionally, with unemployment as low as it is in Utah, where we're based, it has been hard to find employees.

If you don't mind, email me your name and order info to kbeldin@politis.com, I'll pass it on to my contact at HobbyTron.com and see what we can do for you.

I look forward to hearing from you soon, and hope we can find resolution to your problem. I work for Politis Communications, HobbyTron.com's PR agency of record.

Best,

Kristofer "Kris" Beldin for. . .

I don't know why the Emails arent working, I don't really email poeple unless it is urgent. I recently ordered the CYMA G36c from them, and I am waiting for it. I'ts been about 5 days, and That is about the time it takes to ship from Utah. I hope I get it soon, I am a little obsessive when It comes to ordering. LOL.

And, I found out it should arrive here saturday.

i've heard stories about hobbytron having HORRIBLE customer service. basically if you don't getgood service from them straight up your screwed. oh and by the way. if you've opened and fired the gun they won't take it back anyway. hate to burst your bubble man but hobbytron's a bit shoddy, i've switched over to using airsplat.
