How to Sync Outlook with my O2 Sony Ericsson mobile?

Is there a programme i can use to sync outlook or Thunderbird contacts with my O2 Sony Ericsson W800i contacts?

The phone should have come with a disk which contains all the software you need to do this. Just insert the CD and follow the prompts to install the Sony Ericsson software, then plug in your phone via the supplied lead (doesn't work via Bluetooth) and click on Sync.
