it's not good to have painful periods, get yourself checked by a gynaecologist, don't neglect it, it will have a lot of sideeffects in the long run

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "to take a toilet pad" either. But as for the painful periods that needs to be evaluated by a dr to see what's going on, especially if this pain is making it hard for you to function on a daily basis.

Hi, what do you mean you dont know how to take toilet pad? For help with your painful periods its best to ask a doctor to prescribe you something, i use ibuprofen and it works a treat, also a hot water bottle, but everyone is different and your doctor may be able to find you something better :)

"Meftal" is a very good medicine to use for painful periods.
Painful periods could be because your uterus could be slightly off position or else it might be becz' u r not eating well. Please see that u maintain ur health and dont go on any kindda diet sprees at the time of ur periods.
I did not understand what u meant by using "toilet pads".
If u r talking abt a pad as in sanitary napkin, then well, i would advise u to use whisper ultra or stayfree dry max after checking for whether u hv allergy to any of them. if u hv any allergy, please dont use it.
