It's best to stay out of the sun and/or use sunblock. But if you get a natural tan just by normal living, it's no big deal.

You shouldn't do anything to raise your body tempature. Hot showers, hot tubs, all of that is out of the question. As soon as it warms up, me and my paper white legs will be out in the sun though! Just keep very well hydrated!!! As far as a tanning salon, you could ask them. Im sure they know. If possible, call a hospital or doctors office and ask them. They usually only tell you to ask your doctor. GRRR lol

When you are pregnant it is best to stay out of the sun. Your skin is more sensitive when your preggo. Be extra careful. Plus you don't want to get overheated cause that can cause problems with your pregnancy and put the baby at risk.

It's a bad idea at any age regardless of pregnancy, unless you're into skin cancer.
