I have pcos and am taking metformin, I last had a period on 10 Feb I lately have a 31 day cycle, I dont normally ovulate but this month on the 27th Feb I had egg white cm and sharp pains in lower left abdomen, 11 days later I had a small brown spot in my underwear but nothing else even when I wiped, since then I have had slight twinges in left side, I did a hpt yesterday which was a cheap early hpt and there was a very slight grey colour line in the test window I went and bought a first response hpt and this morning that one was negative, my period is also due today but dont have any cramping pains like normally just little twinges in left side, could I be pregnant or was the first test wrong as it was very faint and grey.

i know its hard but try not to do anything for a couple of days see if you get your period if not then take another test, i don't want to build your hopes or disappoint you by saying what i think, try not to think about it for a couple of days-hope you get the result you want...good luck

some test dont show positive straight away, but even the faintest of lines can mean positive...give it a couple more days after you are due on before you do another test, and make sure you do it in the morning....most doctors will tell you to wait until you are 2 months late, but if you are trying, and know your dates, maybe do another test at the end of the week...good luck

Wait for 2-3 days more, if even then u don't get ur periods, then go & have a check with a gynologist which would be better, instead of wasting time on self test.

Hi, I have been in a similar situation before, the best thing for you to do is ask a proffesionals advice as none of us can tell you if your pregnant or not, you need a proffesional to tell you, we could only guess.
