How many Toolbars do you have.? If you have Internet Explorer AND Yahoo IS both Pop Up Blockers turned OFF?

You may have a secondary popup blocker such as yahoo toolbar, or your AV software suite. Check the settings of those.

where it states that pop up blocker is blocking? click on that spot and it should give you a choice to either temporarly allow pop ups or to always allow popups from this site'
