My friend has that program on his computer, which has hacked into his Guildwars account, and is wondering how to get rid of it. He can't delete by using add/remove programs and to find it would take weeks because of how much stuff he has on the computer.
Is there any way to get rid of it?

if he knows the name of this program try searching for an .exe called that then just delete it, failing that you can take it to a computer shop and they will do it for you.
OR
get some uninstaller software (usually on pc demo disks or on internet)
its not expencive usually.
