the best thing is to control yourself and not go crazy when having sex...Get to know your body and the felling you get when your about to have a orgasm and when you get this felling try to restrain yourself and dont thrust anymore and just relaxe for a second have some fun with a little fore play kissing ect and after a few moments goes by you can go back at it again and do this for a while and you can last as long as you want really and when you fianlly do have a orgasm it will be 10 times better too since you held off a few times and i think thier is a term for that and its called edgeing i think try looking it up...Hope this helps..

As Micheal says, you have to learn to separate orgasm from ejaculation. It is sometimes refered to as the "tantra method" where you just about reach climax, then stop until you've relaxed enough and then back at it stopping and starting as much as desired.
