Pharmaceuticals. 6billion people in the world, 1billion have HIV/AIDS, thats a big profit for a client base that cannot refuse.
Oil or Gas maker, all those peoples with HIV/AIDS have to drive to get the drugs.
Gun Maker, when the HIV/AIDS drivers cannot afford the medicines or the gas to drive there,troops are called out.

if we only consider those jobs that are year-round and have salaries (which eliminates entertainers, athletes, entrepreneurs, writers, salespeople, tipped employees, etc.) I would guess chairman of a fortune 500 company.
